Shipping and Delivery

We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. When Will Your Order Be Shipped? To help you plan when to expect your order, an estimated delay of 2-4 working days after you order may occur (we will always try to process your order to shipment sooner). The arrival date is calculated based from this delay on top of shipping and the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. For all information on shipping please carry on reading this page. If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

 Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Reckless Wolf can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced £1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Shipping Options 

Reckless Wolf will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. Signature requirements for delivery: For orders totaling £1,000 or more, a signature is required, regardless of any waivers you may have in place. For orders under £1,000, a may require a signature. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. International Shipping

Reckless Wolf offers worldwide shipping via Royal Mail International Serivce.  All shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Returns and Replacements

Goods returned to the Company, whether incorrectly supplied, unwanted, damaged, or faulty, will only be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:- Returned goods will only be accepted if they are within warranty. Goods must be returned complete, including where appropriate all packaging and in an acceptable condition. The Company will aim to refund unwanted items within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.Should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange you should notify us within 7 days after the day on which delivery was made. Cancellations made outside of this 7 day period will be subject to exchange/credit only. After this 7 day period we can offer exchanges on products up to 30 days after purchase. Please note that we do not charge additional postage to exchange an item for you but the cost of sending it back to us must be met by you, the customer. We accept returns purchased only at www.recklesswolf.com via post only.

THE REALLY IMPORTANT BITS FIRST!

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, you must notify us of this within 14 days after the day on which delivery was made. Cancellations made outside of this 14 day period will be subject to exchange/credit only. After this 14 day period we can offer exchanges on products up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and labels attached. Refunds and exchanges can be accepted, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition and unworn within 10 days (UK) and 21 days (international). For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchange can be accepted on knickers or thongs. Please try on bodysuits and playsuits over your own underwear as we will not accept returns of soiled or worn garments. Please note that we do not charge additional postage to exchange an item for you but the cost of sending it back to us must be met by you. We accept returns purchased at www.recklesswolf.com via post only.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE FOR RETURNS STEP 1 – USE A SECURE PACKAGE AND CLEAR ADDRESS LABEL

Wrap up the item(s), you can re-use the original packaging by turning it inside out and clearly placing our return address on it. Include YOUR details in the inside the parcel. Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped and the seams are taped well.

STEP 2 – OBTAIN FREE PROOF OF POSTAGE CERTIFICATE

We recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package or use a recorded delivery service. This is important as we can to be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

RETURN ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE: The following conditions for exchanges apply;

We are very happy to exchange items up to 30 days after the purchase date provided that the item(s) are still in a saleable condition. For example; free from animal hair, still have the original labels and packaging, have not been worn or damaged. 
The cost of returning the item will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

RETURNING ITEMS FOR REFUND: The following conditions for refunds apply;

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund please ensure you notify us within 14 days after the day on which delivery was made. We will refund the amount you paid for your item(s) provided they are still in a saleable condition. For example; free from animal hair, still have the original labels and packaging, have not been worn or damaged.
Original postage will not be refunded.  When returning part of your order which originally received free postage, if the new total is below the free postage threshold we will apply the standard postage rate and deduct this from your refund amount. 
The cost of returning the item will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

RETURNING FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS: The following conditions apply;

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund please ensure you notify us as soon as possible. If the goods arrived faulty or damaged, we will replace or exchange such goods, provided that the fault has not obviously been caused by misuse e.g. food/drink stains or cuts.
In most case we will be able to offer a replacement and will send it to you free of charge. We will also refund your postage costs incurred in returning the item(s) to us. If you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement then we will refund the total amount you paid plus postage costs incurred. For items that go out of stock, buyers will be given a choice of a refund or an estimated arrival date for a replacement. 

Please note that you should return faulty/incorrect items using 1st Class postage. We cannot refund the costs for express or next day delivery and if you choose to send the item(s) in this way we will refund a standard £3.50 only.

 

 Wolf Pack E-Gift Card (Gift Voucher) General Policy

  • Reckless Wolf, Wolf Pack E-Gift Card may only be redeemed at our website (www.recklesswolf.com)

  • The Wolf Pack E-Gift card is redeemable online by introducing a unique code at checkout.

  • We cannot give credit or 'cash back' on any unused balance of each voucher.

  • If the value of your order (i.e. product cost and any applicable P&P charges) exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the balance may be paid via PayPal.

  • Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue, where permissible under law.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed with www.recklesswolf.com

  • Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.

  • Please safeguard your Wolf Pack E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
